Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 8) Notification 2011
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 8) Notification 2011.
Exemption
2.—(1)  The Minister hereby exempts the Singapore Turf Club from the provisions of the Act in respect of “The Dubai World Cup 2011 Telebet Promotion” to be held on 26th March 2011 and the draw on 18th April 2011.
(2)  The exemption is subject to compliance by the Singapore Turf Club with the conditions stated in the letter of approval dated 14th March 2011.
