(Amendment No. 2) Notification 2022

In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 30 of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the Prime Minister makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification is the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Ministerial Responsibility) (Amendment No. 2) Notification 2022 and comes into operation on 1 March 2022.

Amendment of Seventh Schedule

2. The Seventh Schedule to the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Ministerial Responsibility) Notification 2020 (G.N. No. S 723/2020) is amended by inserting, immediately after paragraph (3) of item 10 under the heading “Subjects”, the following paragraph:

“(4) Gambling Duties Act 2022”.
