Telecommunication Authority of Singapore Act
(Chapter 323)
Radio-communication (Amendment) Regulations 1996
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 131 of the Telecommunication Authority of Singapore Act, the Telecommunication Authority of Singapore, with the approval of the Minister for Communications, hereby makes the following Regulations:
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Radio-communication (Amendment) Regulations 1996 and shall come into operation on 1st April 1996.
2.  The First Schedule of the Radio-communication Regulations is deleted and the following Schedule substituted therefor:

Equipment1 for Which No Station Licence Is Required for In-building or Localised On-site Operations
1  Other low power equipment that operate in frequency bands other than those listed, but which meet the output power limits specified for the same type of equipment may be exempted from licensing as long as both the output power limits and the frequency bands are approved by the Telecommunication Authority of Singapore.
