Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters Act
(Commencement) Notification 2000

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters Act 2000, the Minister for Law hereby makes the following Notification:

1. This Notification may be cited as the Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters Act (Commencement) Notification 2000.

2. The Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters Act 2000 shall come into operation on 1st April 2000.
