In exercise of the powers conferred by the definition of “transfer date” in section 25A of the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority Act 2004, the Minister for Finance makes the following Order:

Citation

1. This Order is the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (Transfer Date for Singapore Accountancy Commission) Order 2023.

Transfer date

2. The transfer date for the purposes of Part 6AA of the Act is 1 April 2023.
