Control of Plants (Plant Health Services Fees) Rules 1997

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 46 of the Control of Plants Act, the Minister for National Development hereby makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules may be cited as the Control of Plants (Plant Health Services Fees) Rules 1997 and shall come into operation on 1st April 1997.

Fees

2. The fees set out in the second column of the Schedule shall be payable to the Director of Primary Production in respect of the matters set out in the first column thereof.

Remission

3. The Director of Primary Production may remit wholly or in part the fees payable under these Rules.

Revocation

4. The Control of Plants (Plant Health Services Fees) Rules 1996 (G.N. No. S 370/96) are revoked.
