(Commencement) Notification 2024
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Free Trade Zones (Amendment) Act 2023, the Minister for Finance makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Free Trade Zones (Amendment) Act 2023 (Commencement) Notification 2024.
2.  Sections 2 to 24, 26(1) and 27 of the Free Trade Zones (Amendment) Act 2023 come into operation on 1 March 2024.
