Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility for the Portfolio of the Prime Minister — Delegation) Notification 2009
Delegated Responsibility
It is hereby notified for general information that, pursuant to Article 30(1) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the Prime Minister has directed that RAdm (NS) Lui Tuck Yew, Senior Minister of State for Information, Communications and the Arts, shall, with effect from 1st April 2009, be charged with the responsibility for national symbols in so far as such responsibility relates to the national flag and national anthem of Singapore.
Citation
2.  This Notification may be cited as the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility for the Portfolio of the Prime Minister — Delegation) Notification 2009.
Cancellation
3.  The Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility for the Portfolio of the Prime Minister — Delegation) Notification 2007 (G.N. No. S 376/2007) is cancelled.
