(Exemption from section 57(3))
Order 2020

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 97 of the Co‑operative Societies Act, the Minister for Culture, Community and Youth makes the following Order:

Citation and period in force

1.—(1) This Order is the Co-operative Societies (Exemption from section 57(3)) Order 2020.

(2) This Order is in force for the period between 15 March 2020 and 14 March 2025 (both dates inclusive).

Exemption from section 57(3) of Act

2. The Singapore National Co‑operative Federation Limited is exempt from section 57(3) of the Act.

Revocation

3. The Co‑operative Societies (Exemption under Section 97) Order 2014 (G.N. No. S 516/2014) is revoked.
