Environmental Public Health Act
(Chapter 95)
Environmental Public Health (Cemeteries) (Amendment) Regulations 2000
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 113 of the Environmental Public Health Act, the Minister for the Environment hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Environmental Public Health (Cemeteries) (Amendment) Regulations 2000 and shall come into operation on 1st April 2000.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  Item 2 of the Schedule to the Environmental Public Health (Cemeteries) Regulations (Rg 9) is amended by deleting the words “$6 per grave” and substituting the words “$7 per grave”.
