(Chapter 70)
Customs (Composition of Offences) (Consolidation) (Amendment) Regulations 2003
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 143(1) of the Customs Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Customs (Composition of Offences) (Consolidation) (Amendment) Regulations 2003 and shall come into operation on 1st April 2003.
Amendment of regulation 2
2.  Regulation 2 of the Customs (Composition of Offences) (Consolidation) Regulations (Rg 10) is amended —
(a)by deleting paragraph (a) and substituting the following paragraph:
“(a)any offence under sections 27(1), 31 (1), 36, 39, 40 (1), 41, 47 (2), 48 (1), 52 (1) and (3), 60 (1), 71 (1), 72 (1), 73 (1), 77, 82 (2) and (8), 90E (3), 128 (1), 130 (1), 133, 136A (1) and 139 of the Act;”;
(b)by inserting the word “and” at the end of paragraph (d); and
(c)by deleting paragraph (e).

Made this 31st day of March 2003.
