Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes
(Medifund Committees) (Amendment No. 5)
Order 2015
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 14 of the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes Act, the Minister for Health makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes (Medifund Committees) (Amendment No. 5) Order 2015 and comes into operation on 25 March 2015.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  Item 1 of the Schedule to the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes (Medifund Committees) Order 2013 (G.N. No. S 336/2013) is amended by inserting, immediately after item (45) in the second column, the following item:
“(46)  Orange Valley Nursing Home (Sims Avenue)”.
