(Commencement) Notification 2025
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Administration of Muslim Law (Amendment) Act 2024, Masagos Zulkifli, the Minister charged with the responsibility for Muslim affairs, makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Administration of Muslim Law (Amendment) Act 2024 (Commencement) Notification 2025.
2.  Sections 5, 9, 10, 13, 31, 32 and 34 of the Administration of Muslim Law (Amendment) Act 2024 come into operation on 3 March 2025.
