(Exemption) Order 2024
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 23B of the Free Trade Zones Act 1966, the Minister for Finance makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order is the Free Trade Zones (Exemption) Order 2024 and comes into operation on 1 March 2024.
Exemption in respect of Airport Logistics Park of Singapore
2.  Section 14A of the Act does not apply to the Jurong Town Corporation established by section 3 of the Jurong Town Corporation Act 1968 in respect of the administration, maintenance or operation by the Jurong Town Corporation of the Airport Logistics Park of Singapore – Free Trade Zone.
