Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes
(Medifund Committees) (Amendment No. 2)
Order 2018
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 14 of the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes Act, the Minister for Health makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.—(1)  This Order is the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes (Medifund Committees) (Amendment No. 2) Order 2018 and, except for paragraph 2, is deemed to have come into operation on 1 January 2018.
(2)  Paragraph 2 comes into operation on 31 March 2018.
Amendment of Part 1 of Schedule
2.  Item 1 of Part 1 of the Schedule to the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes (Medifund Committees) Order 2015 (G.N. No. S 361/2015) is amended by deleting item (16) in the second column.
Amendment of Part 2 of Schedule
3.  Item 6 of Part 2 of the Schedule to the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes (Medifund Committees) Order 2015 is amended by deleting items (1) to (5) in the second column and substituting the following items:
“(1)  Anglican Care Centre (Hougang)
(2)  Anglican Care Centre (Simei)
(3)  Anglican Care Centre (Bukit Batok)
(4)  Anglican Care Centre (Pasir Ris)
(5)  Anglican Care Centre (Yishun)”.
