Regulation of Imports and Exports (Revocation of Notification) Regulations 1996

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Regulation of Imports and Exports Act 1995, the Trade Development Board, with the approval of the Minister for Trade and Industry, hereby makes the following Regulations:

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Regulation of Imports and Exports (Revocation of Notification) Regulations 1996 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1st December 1995.

2. Notification No. N 3 made under the repealed Control of Imports and Exports Act [Cap. 56,] and the repealed Export (Certificates of Origin and Commonwealth Preference Certificates) (Authorisation — Chamber of Commerce and Others) Order is revoked.
