Companies (Amendment) Act 2002

Companies (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2003
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Companies (Amendment) Act 2002, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Companies (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2003.
2.  Sections 2 (b), 3 to 35, 42 to 54, 55 (a), 56 to 60, 62, 63 and 64 of the Companies (Amendment) Act 2002 shall come into operation on 13th January 2003.
