Customs (Duties) (Amendment No. 3) Order 2003
In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 10 (1) and 11 of the Customs Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Customs (Duties) (Amendment No. 3) Order 2003 and shall come into operation on 1st April 2003.
Amendment of paragraph 2
2.  Paragraph 2 of the Customs (Duties) Order (O 4) is amended by deleting sub-paragraph (5).
Amendment of First Schedule
3.  The First Schedule to the Customs (Duties) Order is amended by inserting the words “$70.00 per litre of alcohol” in column (7) against HS Code 2206.00.30.
