Workplace Safety and Health (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2008
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Workplace Safety and Health (Amendment) Act 2008, the Minister for Manpower hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Workplace Safety and Health (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2008.
2.  The Workplace Safety and Health (Amendment) Act 2008 shall come into operation on 1st April 2008.
