Exemption) Notification 2022

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act 1961, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Notification:

Citation

1. This Notification is the Common Gaming Houses (National Service Resort & Country Club — Exemption) Notification 2022.

Exemption

2.—(1) The Minister exempts the National Service Resort & Country Club (UEN 46304600E) (called in this Notification the organiser) from the provisions of the Act in respect of —

(a)	the “National Service Resort & Country Club Charity Golf 2022” promotion to be held from 4 March 2022 to 22 May 2022 (both dates inclusive); and
(b)	the draw to be held as part of the promotion at 8 p.m. on 22 May 2022 at the ballroom of the National Service Resort & Country Club at Changi.

(2) The exemption is subject to compliance by the organiser with the conditions specified in the Schedule.
