Telecommunication Authority of Singapore (Composition of Offences) (Amendment) Regulations 1996

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 124(2) of the Telecommunication Authority of Singapore Act, the Telecommunication Authority of Singapore, with the approval of the Minister for Communications, hereby makes the following Regulations:

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Telecommunication Authority of Singapore (Composition of Offences) (Amendment) Regulations 1996 and shall come into operation on 1st July 1996.

2. Regulation 2 of the Telecommunication Authority of Singapore (Composition of Offences) Regulations 1995 is amended —

(a)

by deleting the word “or” at the end of paragraph (b); and

(b)

by deleting the full-stop at the end of paragraph (c) and substituting the word “; or”, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following paragraph:

“(d)	any provision of the Telecommunication (Internal Wiring) Regulations 1996.”.
