Securities and Futures (Reporting
of Derivatives Contracts) (Exemption)
(Revocation) Regulations 2018
In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 129, 337(1) and 341 of the Securities and Futures Act, the Monetary Authority of Singapore makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Securities and Futures (Reporting of Derivatives Contracts) (Exemption) (Revocation) Regulations 2018 and come into operation on 1 April 2018.
Revocation
2.  The Securities and Futures (Reporting of Derivatives Contracts) (Exemption) Regulations 2014 (G.N. No. S 436/2014) are revoked.
