(National Heritage Board — Exemption)
Order 2021

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 40 of the Remote Gambling Act 2014, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Order:

Citation

1. This Order is the Remote Gambling (National Heritage Board — Exemption) Order 2021.

Definitions

2. In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires —

“draw” means any draw to be held as part of the promotion at 61 Stamford Road, #03‑08 Stamford Court, Singapore 178892 at 3 p.m. on the following dates:

(a)	18 March 2021;
(b)	25 March 2021;
(c)	1 April 2021;

“organiser” means the National Heritage Board established by section 3 of the National Heritage Board Act (Cap. 196A);

“promotion” means the promotion called “Heritage Hunter Lucky Draw” that is to be made available from 12 March 2021 to 1 April 2021 (both dates inclusive) on the website at https://www.roots.gov.sg;

“public accountant” has the meaning given by section 2(1) of the Accountants Act (Cap. 2).

Exemption

3.—(1) The organiser is exempt from sections 11, 13, 15 and 17 of the Act in respect of the promotion and the draws.

(2) The exemption is subject to compliance by the organiser with the conditions specified in the Schedule.
