(Commencement) Notification 2017
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the International Enterprise Singapore Board (Amendment) Act 2017, the Minister for Trade and Industry (Industry) makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the International Enterprise Singapore Board (Amendment) Act 2017 (Commencement) Notification 2017.
2.  The International Enterprise Singapore Board (Amendment) Act 2017, except section 4, comes into operation on 10 April 2017.
