Martial Arts Instruction (Amendment) Regulations 2002

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 39 of the Martial Arts Instruction Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Martial Arts Instruction (Amendment) Regulations 2002 and shall come into operation on 16th April 2002.

Amendment of regulation 10

2. Regulation 10 of the Martial Arts Instruction Regulations (Rg 1) is amended by deleting “$20” in the last line and substituting “$30”.

Amendment of regulation 11

3. Regulation 11(2) of the Martial Arts Instruction Regulations is amended by deleting “$20” in sub-paragraphs (a) and (b) and substituting in each case “$30”.
