(Amendment) Regulations 2023

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 42 of the Charities Act 1994, the Minister for Culture, Community and Youth makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Charities (Institutions of a Public Character) (Amendment) Regulations 2023 and come into operation on 1 April 2023.

Miscellaneous amendments

2. In the following provisions of the Charities (Institutions of a Public Character) Regulations (Rg 5), replace “Accounting Standards Council” with “Accounting Standards Committee”:

Regulation 17(1)(b)

Regulation 20(1).
