(Commencement) Notification 2024
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Moneylenders (Amendment) Act 2023, the Minister for Law makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Moneylenders (Amendment) Act 2023 (Commencement) Notification 2024.
2.  The Moneylenders (Amendment) Act 2023 comes into operation on 1 March 2024.
