Private Investigation and Security Agencies (Amendment) Regulations 2002

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 27 of the Private Investigation and Security Agencies Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Private Investigation and Security Agencies (Amendment) Regulations 2002 and shall come into operation on 16th April 2002.

Amendment of regulation 18

2. Regulation 18(2) of the Private Investigation and Security Agencies Regulations (Rg 1) is amended by deleting “$35” and substituting “$45”.
