(Chapter 118)
Government Contracts (Authorisation) (Amendment) Notification 2000
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Government Contracts Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Government Contracts (Authorisation) (Amendment) Notification 2000 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 15th March 2000.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  Part III of the Schedule to the Government Contracts (Authorisation) Notification 1999 (G.N. No. S 36/99) is deleted and the following Part substituted therefor:
