Wholesome Meat and Fish (Fees) (Amendment) Rules 2004

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 42 of the Wholesome Meat and Fish Act, the Minister for National Development hereby makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules may be cited as the Wholesome Meat and Fish (Fees) (Amendment) Rules 2004 and shall come into operation on 1st April 2004.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Wholesome Meat and Fish (Fees) Rules (R 1) is amended —

(a)	by deleting “$840” in the third column of item 1 in Part II and substituting “$920”;
(b)	by deleting item 1 in Part IV; and
(c)	by deleting “$1.15” in the second column of item 2 in Part V and substituting “$1.20”. [G.N. No. S 94/2001]
