Newspaper and Printing Presses
(Exemption from Part III of Act)
(Amendment) Order 2016
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 44(1)(b)(ii) of the Newspaper and Printing Presses Act, the Minister for Communications and Information makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order is the Newspaper and Printing Presses (Exemption from Part III of Act) (Amendment) Order 2016 and comes into operation on 8 April 2016.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Newspaper and Printing Presses (Exemption from Part III of Act) Order 2011 (G.N. No. S 403/2011) is amended by inserting, immediately after item 94, the following item:
“ 95.SingaLife
Fifty One Media Pte. Ltd.”.
