(Singapore Land Authority Fees) (Revocation) Rules 2005

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 47(3) of the Land Surveyors Act, the Singapore Land Authority, with the approval of the Minister for Law, hereby makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules may be cited as the Land Surveyors (Singapore Land Authority Fees) (Revocation) Rules 2005 and shall come into operation on 31st March 2005.

Revocation

2. The Land Surveyors (Singapore Land Authority Fees) Rules (R 3) are revoked.
