Public Service (Personnel Boards and Appeals Board) (Amendment) Regulations 2005

In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 110D(7) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the President hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Public Service (Personnel Boards and Appeals Board) (Amendment) Regulations 2005 and shall, with the exception of regulation 2(a), be deemed to have come into operation on 3rd January 2005.

(2) Regulation 2(a) shall be deemed to have come into operation on 15th July 2004.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Public Service (Personnel Boards and Appeals Board) Regulations (Rg 3) is amended ––

(a)

by deleting item (6); and

(b)

by inserting, immediately after item (8), the following item:

“(9)	Ms Lim Soo Hoon”.
