Notification 2019
In exercise of the powers conferred by the definition of “prescribed law enforcement agency” in section 112(5) of the Criminal Procedure Code, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification is the Criminal Procedure Code (Prescribed Law Enforcement Agency) Notification 2019 and comes into operation on 4 January 2019.
Prescribed law enforcement agency
2.  The Commercial Affairs Department of the Singapore Police Force is prescribed as a law enforcement agency for the purposes of section 112(1)(c) of the Code.
