Small Motorised Vehicles (Safety)
(Amendment) Regulations 2024
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 27 of the Small Motorised Vehicles (Safety) Act 2020, the Land Transport Authority of Singapore, with the approval of the Minister for Transport, makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Small Motorised Vehicles (Safety) (Amendment) Regulations 2024 and are deemed to have come into operation on 1 January 2024.
Amendment of regulation 23
2.  In the Small Motorised Vehicles (Safety) Regulations 2021 (G.N. No. S 404/2021), in regulation 23(2), replace “$21.40” with “$21.80”.
