Departmental Titles (Alteration) Act (Amendment of Schedule) Notification 2004
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3(1) of the Departmental Titles (Alteration) Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Departmental Titles (Alteration) Act (Amendment of Schedule) Notification 2004 and shall come into operation on 1st April 2004.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Departmental Titles (Alteration) Act is amended —
(a)by deleting the following item:
“
Old Title or Name of Office
 
New Title or Name of Office
Officer-in-Charge of the Traffic Investigation Branch
 
Head of Investigations of the Traffic Investigation Branch.
”; and
(b)by inserting, immediately after the last item thereof, the following items:
“
Old Title or Name of Office
 
New Title or Name of Office
Head Investigations of the Traffic Investigation Branch
 
Head of Investigation and Violation Reports, Traffic Police Department.
Head of Administration, Traffic Police Department
 
Head of Corporate Services, Traffic Police Department.
”.
