(Protected Places) (Amendment)
Order 2025
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 17(1) of the Infrastructure Protection Act 2017, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order is the Infrastructure Protection (Protected Places) (Amendment) Order 2025 and comes into operation on 8 March 2025.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  In the Infrastructure Protection (Protected Places) (No. 8) Order 2021 (G.N. No. S 518/2021), in the Schedule, in item 3, in the first column, replace “Director (Capability Development Department)” with “Deputy Director, Workplace Services Department”.
