Appointment of Director and Assistant Directors of Environmental Pollution Control

It is hereby notified for general information that, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 3(1) of the Environmental Pollution Control Act 1999, the Minister for the Environment has appointed, with effect from 1st April 1999 —

(1)	the Director of Environmental Policy and Management Division of the Ministry of the Environment, to be the Director of Environmental Pollution Control; and
(2)	the Superscale officers of the Environmental Policy and Management Division of the Ministry of the Environment, to be the Assistant Directors of Environmental Pollution Control.
