Land Transport Authority of Singapore Act
(Chapter 158A)
Assignment of Function to Land Transport Authority of Singapore
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 6(3) of the Land Transport Authority of Singapore Act, the Minister for Transport assigns to the Land Transport Authority of Singapore, with effect from 31st March 2003, the function of promoting, facilitating and providing financial grants for training and education relating to public transport.
