Land Titles (Amendment No. 2) Rules 2005

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 172(1) of the Land Titles Act, the Singapore Land Authority, with the approval of the Minister for Law, hereby makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules may be cited as the Land Titles (Amendment No. 2) Rules 2005 and shall come into operation on 31st March 2005.

Deletion of rule 32

2. Rule 32 of the Land Titles Rules (R 1) is deleted.
