(Exemption) (Amendment) Order 2022

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 10(2) of the National University of Singapore (Corporatisation) Act 2005, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the National University of Singapore Students’ Union and Constituent Bodies (Exemption) (Amendment) Order 2022 and comes into operation on 4 March 2022.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the National University of Singapore Students’ Union and Constituent Bodies (Exemption) Order (O 1) is amended by inserting, immediately after item 13, the following item:

“14. Students’ Conservatory Club.”.
