Sewerage and Drainage Act
(Chapter 294)
Sewerage and Drainage (Trade Effluent) (Amendment) Regulations 2002
In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 72 and 74 of the Sewerage and Drainage Act, the Public Utilities Board, with the approval of the Minister for the Environment, hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Sewerage and Drainage (Trade Effluent) (Amendment) Regulations 2002 and shall come into operation on 1st May 2002.
Deletion and substitution of Third Schedule
2.  The Third Schedule to the Sewerage and Drainage (Trade Effluent) Regulations (Rg 5) is deleted and the following Schedule substituted therefor:
