Planning (Exemption under Section 53) (No. 3) Notification 2007

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 53 of the Planning Act, the Minister for National Development hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification may be cited as the Planning (Exemption under Section 53) (No. 3) Notification 2007 and shall come into operation on 18th April 2007.

Exemption

2. The Minister hereby exempts Lot 1406A MK03 at 450 Clementi Avenue 1 from section 37(3) of the Act and rule 14 of the Planning (Development Charges) Rules (R 5) with regard to the development of the said land which is the subject of the application for written permission submitted by the Titular Roman Catholic Archbishop of Singapore to the competent authority on 21st November 2006.
