(Footpaths) (Amendment No. 2)
Order 2021
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 6 of the Active Mobility Act 2017, the Land Transport Authority of Singapore makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order is the Active Mobility (Footpaths) (Amendment No. 2) Order 2021 and comes into operation on 22 March 2021.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Active Mobility (Footpaths) Order 2018 (G.N. No. S 252/2018) is amended by inserting, immediately after item 54, the following item:
“55.A path (approximately 0.10 kilometre) that is surfaced with asphalt —
(a)starting at the intersection of Beo Crescent and Havelock Road abutting 715 Havelock Road;
(b)running along Havelock Road parallel to another footpath which is surfaced with concrete;
(c)ending at the intersection of Havelock Road and Beo Crescent abutting 745 Havelock Road; and
(d)bounded on one side by a continuous row of interlocking and water‑filled barriers.”.
