Workmen’s Compensation (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2008
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Workmen’s Compensation (Amendment) Act 2008, the Minister for Manpower hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Workmen’s Compensation (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2008.
2.  The Workmen’s Compensation (Amendment) Act 2008 shall come into operation on 1st April 2008.
