Residential Property (Fees) (Amendment) Rules 2000

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 40 (1) (b) and (c) of the Residential Property Act, the Minister for Law hereby makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules may be cited as the Residential Property (Fees) (Amendment) Rules 2000 and shall come into operation on 1st April 2000.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Residential Property (Fees) Rules (R 2) is amended —

(a)	by deleting “$350” in item 3 and substituting “$380”;
(b)	by deleting “$420” in item 4 and substituting “$430”;
(c)	by deleting “$270” in item 5 and substituting “$300”;
(d)	by deleting “$270” in item 6 and substituting “$300”;
(e)	by deleting “$420” in item 7 and substituting “$430”;
(f)	by deleting “$420” in item 8 and substituting “$430”;
(g)	by deleting “$320” in item 9 and substituting “$350”;
(h)	by deleting “$350” in item 12 and substituting “$380”;
(i)	by deleting “$55” in item 13 and substituting “$60”;
(j)	by deleting “$55” in item 14 and substituting “$60”; and
(k)	by deleting “$55” in item 15 and substituting “$60”. [G.N. Nos. S 202/97; S 121/98]
