Work Injury Compensation Act
(Chapter 354)
Work Injury Compensation (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2008
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 45 of the Work Injury Compensation Act, the Minister for Manpower hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Work Injury Compensation (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2008 and shall come into operation on 1st April 2008.
Compoundable offences
2.  All offences under the Act and its regulations, except —
(a)an offence under section 35(2)(f) of the Act; and
(b)an offence under section 35(2)(d) of the Act (abetment) in relation to an offence under section 35(2)(f) of the Act,
may be compounded by the Commissioner or an Assistant Commissioner so authorised by the Commissioner in accordance with section 39(1) of the Act.
Revocation
3.  The Workmen’s Compensation (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2007 (G.N. No. S 86/2007) are revoked.
