Central Provident Fund Act
(Amendment of First Schedule) Notification 2001

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 7(8) of the Central Provident Fund Act, the Minister for Manpower hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification may be cited as the Central Provident Fund Act (Amendment of First Schedule) Notification 2001 and shall come into operation on 1st April 2001.

Amendment of First Schedule

2. Paragraph 6 of the First Schedule to the Central Provident Fund Act is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after item (8), the following item:

“(8A) Health Promotion Board.”; and

(b)

by inserting, immediately after item (13), the following item:

“(13A) Intellectual Property Office of Singapore.”.
