Private Investigation and Security Agencies (Amendment) Regulations 2005

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 27 of the Private Investigation and Security Agencies Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Private Investigation and Security Agencies (Amendment) Regulations 2005 and shall come into operation on 1st April 2005.

Amendment of regulation 12

2. Regulation 12 of the Private Investigation and Security Agencies Regulations (Rg 1) is amended by inserting, immediately after paragraph (1), the following paragraph:

“(1A) A fee of $16 shall be payable on an application under paragraph (1).”.
