Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes (Approved Institutions) (No. 2) Notification 2010
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 8 of the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes Act, the Minister for Health hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes (Approved Institutions) (No. 2) Notification 2010.
Approved institution
2.  The Minister hereby approves Khoo Teck Puat Hospital for the purposes of Part II of the Act, with effect from 28th March 2010.
